Tender AI
AI-Powered French Public Procurement Platform
An end-to-end B2B SaaS platform that helps French companies find and win public tenders. It automatically ingests tender notices from the French government's BOAMP open-data source, enriches every notice with AI-extracted structured data pulled from the official PDF, and builds a rich company profile for each user through an AI-guided onboarding conversation — so businesses stop manually scanning thousands of listings and instead get the contracts that actually fit them. We owned the entire delivery: data pipeline, API, AI layer, UI, and production deployment, for a fully French-language product.
Tech Stack
Key Features
- Automated ingestion pipeline over the BOAMP open-data API — a 150k+ tender dataset with deduplication, idempotent re-runs, incremental cron mode, and full historical backfill
- Official PDF notice download and text extraction for every tender
- AI enrichment with Claude — French summary for bidders, contract duration, budget range, per-lot breakdown, CPV codes, project phase, and buyer SIRET
- Strict anti-hallucination extraction — fields are omitted rather than guessed, and deterministic mapping always overrides model output
- AI conversational onboarding — the user submits their company website URL and gets a complete profile back
- Full-domain headless crawler (Playwright) that BFS-crawls the client's site to build the source corpus
- 16-field company profile extraction — activities, service types, certifications, geographic zones, buyer types, professional qualifications, budget range, team size, and client references
- Personalized French follow-up questions generated for every field the AI could not find, prioritized by matching relevance and asked one at a time in chat
- Editable profile view so users can refine every extracted field afterwards
- Paginated opportunity feed with AI summaries, deadline countdowns, urgency states, and buyer/region metadata
- Full-text search across 13 fields with debounced querying and live match highlighting
- Detailed tender view — lots, award criteria, budget, procedure type, buyer contact details, and a link to the source notice
- Secure authentication with JWT access/refresh token flow, bcrypt hashing, and protected routes
- Domain-specific French procurement logic — CPV codes, lots, SIRET, and department/region mapping
- AI matching engine that scores every incoming tender against the company profile and returns a percentage fit
- Smart notifications the moment a newly published tender crosses the user's match threshold
- In-platform application system with profile-driven submissions and application tracking

Tiki
Korean Stadium Ticketing Platform
Tiki is a high-traffic ticket booking platform for major sporting events, built entirely in Korean for the Korean market. The hard problem was the on-sale rush: when tickets for a big fixture drop, far more people arrive in the same few seconds than an ordinary booking flow can absorb. We solved it with a virtual queue that holds every incoming user in line and shows them their live position while they wait, so the booking flow behind it stays stable under peak load instead of buckling. The buying experience itself is modelled on Melon Ticket — the ticketing service Korean users already know — so buyers move through a sequence that feels familiar from the first screen.
Tech Stack
Key Features
- Virtual queue system for high-demand on-sales — every incoming user is held in line rather than hitting the booking flow at once
- Live queue position shown to each waiting user, so the wait is transparent instead of a frozen screen
- Queue-gated entry into booking, keeping the seat-selection and checkout stages stable during peak on-sale traffic
- Booking flow modelled on Melon Ticket, Korea's established ticketing platform — a familiar sequence with no learning curve for local buyers
- Fully Korean-language interface, built specifically for Korean users
Al Noor Group UAE
Construction & Fit-Out Portfolio Website
Al Noor Group is a Dubai-based fit-out and construction contracting group operating five divisions. The brief was focused and deliberately simple: give the group a credible online presence that shows prospective clients who they are and what they have built, and make getting in touch effortless. The site presents the group's services and divisions, showcases completed projects by category, and puts every contact route — phone, WhatsApp, email, and the Al Quoz office address — one click away, so enquiries arrive directly from the site.
Tech Stack
Key Features
- Project portfolio organised by category, covering the group's completed commercial and hospitality fit-out work
- Services section spanning the full contracting scope — technical services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), MEP works, painting, ceilings & partitions, floor & wall tiling, and waterproofing
- All five divisions presented under a single corporate identity
- Company profile section establishing credentials for prospective clients
- Contact page carrying every route to the business — phone, WhatsApp, email, and the Dubai office address
- Quote request path so prospective clients can open an enquiry straight from the site

Hijab & Modest Fashion E-commerce Store
Catalinahijab is an online store for hijabs and modest fashion, built on Medusa's headless commerce stack with a Next.js storefront communicating with the Medusa backend over its Store API.
