FAQ

My image is taking too long to process — what should I do?
Please check: 1. Your internet connection 2. That your image is not too large (high-resolution images may take longer) 3. Restart the app and try again 4. Ensure your device has enough free storage
Why is the AI output inaccurate or distorted sometimes?
AI-generated images may vary depending on: 1. Image quality 2. Lighting 3. Pose differences 4. Product shape Try using clear, high-resolution images for the best result.
Are my uploaded images stored?
No. Uploaded images, and face data are deleted from our servers immediately after processing. We do not store or reuse your images.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. 1. Open Settings 2. Tap Your Name 3. Tap Subscriptions 4. Select TryOn AI 5. Tap Cancel Subscription All billing is handled by Apple, not BenitoAI.
I found a bug — how can I report it?

Troubleshooting Guide

App crashing or freezing?

  • Restart the app
  • Restart your device
  • Update to the latest version of TryOn AI
  • Ensure your storage is not full

Output is blank or not generating?

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure images follow these rules:
    • Clear lighting
    • Model fully visible
    • Clothing/product fully visible

Unable to upload images?

Make sure the app has permission to access Photos:

Settings → TryOn AI → Photos → Allow Access to All Photos
